Mickael Viljanen is the Chef Patron of Chapter One by Mickael Viljanen restaurant in Dublin, Ireland.

Previous to this, Mickael was the executive chef of The Greenhouse restaurant in Dublin where he achieved 2 Michelin Stars in 2019.

Alongside this, Mickael has also built an impressive portfolio of awards and accolades in the food industry – with multiple “Chef of the Year” and “Restaurant of the Year” titles.
